With time being at a premium, the state of the art x-ray demonstration van ensures that you can test your products on the latest x-ray systems in your own production environment without wasting time travelling. We will provide live test reports and our x-ray specialists will be able to answer all your questions.
The x-ray demonstration van has successfully toured Europe since April 2008 and has so far visited (as per July 2009) more than 200 companies across Europe.
METTLER TOLEDO Safeline X-ray is the world leader in inline x-ray inspection systems. The x-ray demonstration van features the AdvanCheK Plus and the InspireX R20 x-ray systems which are ideal for the inspection of end of line products.
The AdvanCheK Plus x-ray system offers contamination detection and mass measurement on a single, user interface. Inspection widths of 300mm, 400mm and 600mm are available running at speeds of up to 500 packs per minute. Depending on the pack size, faster line speeds are possible with no compromise in sensitivity or reliability.
The InspireX R20 x-ray system is capable of contamination detection and can simultaneously perform product integrity checks incl. gross and zoned mass measurement for calculated portion control, seal inspection ensuring product freshness and sterility, scanning for damaged or missing products. An inspection width of 300mm is available for single or multiple lane inspection, in a variety of configurations with a choice of reject mechanisms to suit any applications.
